You can expect between 16 and 24 participants. Research shows the ideal group size for meaningful community-building is around 25, and we intentionally cap the group to ensure access to places rarely visited by tourists during your Bhutan Quest.

We are intentional about creating the right group dynamics. This 30-minute conversation ensures that this experience aligns with where you are in your life and leadership journey. With a small and highly curated cohort of purpose-driven leaders, we prioritize readiness, impact, and shared values. Bhutan is a spiritual and culturally distinct nation—very different from destinations like Tuscany or the Caribbean—and we want to ensure expectations are aligned so you receive the most from this immersive experience.

Absolutely. Many participants choose to share this life-changing program with their significant other, deepening their connection and shared growth. Others use the experience as a time for solo reflection and personal renewal. We'll explore what's best for you during your interview.

This is much more than a retreat. Coaching is an integral part of the True Prosperity experience, before, during, and after the Quest. While the King of Bhutan has met our group in the past, we cannot guarantee his availability. As a national leader, his presence depends on his official responsibilities. That said, the spirit of Bhutanese leadership and wisdom will be deeply present throughout your experience as we visit with governors, spiritual leaders, and other local officials.

These sacred centers are led by Bhutanese spiritual teachers who preserve and transmit Bhutan's ancient wisdom traditions to younger generations. As part of this cohort, you will not only experience this wisdom firsthand, but also support the preservation of these traditions for the future.
